Creating a new blog comes with editorial challenges of naming,  theming and formatting.  Thankfully, I'm not that picky.

Enjoy the blog only if you don't mind looking at yummy food,  beautiful,  God glorifying scenery and selfies.

It might be time to get larger suitcases, just to carry the 15 real books making the journey with us.  Sounds crazy in a kindle world,  but there's method to the madness.
As books get read and left for future readers,  space gets created to carry back bottles of Chartreuse. So honey,  sweetie pie,  pumpkin cakes... bring on the books (here's a subset!)

Alas,  packing and last room views... Good departure timing as Mont Blanc is overcast!  Views still spectacular even with clouds... You all know this feeling.. ciao bella!  Always time for one more gelato! Grom Rules!  And as we finish the 24 hours of travel logistics,  which many of you are overly familiar with..arriving safely home at 10:30 pm, we were treated with a spectacular view ... 492 Reaches Great Heights!

With almost perfect weather,  we knew today would be special with a gondola ride up to Mont Blanc.  49 euros per person ain't nothin as they say, but on the anniversary... nuf said! More oxygen please!  There were 2 stopping points,  a champagne production facility,  playgrounds,  herb gardens, hammocks,  giant telescopes, great restaurants and of course,  killer views. Mont Blanc Why Not!  Everybody's taking photos for everybody!  Nick Colonna's next climb? (There were people at the top)  Toast to a great start of 492! When we returned to our country estate,  it was time to relax! Great foot of the mountain location!  Lovely indoor/outdoor pool with mountain views!  I think she's relaxing!  Not sure everyone here enjoys the beautiful sunshine? What would your caption be?
