Pizza Time!

One of my favorite meals at Bella Baita is when Marla cranks out killer dough and Fabrizio works his magic with his wood burning, indoor pizza oven.  This year, an added benefit is having Jelle (pronounced Yellah), from Holland,  create the actual pizza masterpiece.  He is staying at the Bella Baita for a few months,  and he has actually studied pizza making in Naples,  Italy...

My favorite toppings include tomato sauce,  fresh mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes,  mushrooms and everyone's favorite... anchovies!

Fabrizio is great with the oven!
Only when my pizza is well loved,  is it time to be eaten. .
