Cooking Class Graduates Blessed Us Tonight!

A mother/ daughter team from North Carolina,  Toni and Lauren, enjoyed a day of shopping at the farmer's market and a cooking class with Fabrizio and Marla. This turned out to be a blessing for us as well. They prepared amazing appetizers, a main course of chicken saltimbocca, followed by fig puree and cherry tart.  Of course,  home made cherry grappa finished the meal splendidly.
