Best Enoteca Meal on the Planet!

So glad we had last night's wisdom going into tonight's meal. Ordering a la carte was the winning strategy. Fantastic appetizers,  pastas,  meats and desserts made for a memorable experience... not to mention the table of partiers behind us and the Russian family in front of us...
Ricotta on apple ... really! 

Pure tomato base with burrata...

Ravioli with ricotta inside,  truffles outside! 

Jon loved his rack of lamb...

Meats,  butter,  oil and perfect pasta...

Desserts for days! 
Then we came to our patio and enjoyed an after dinner Recioto.  Somewhat sweet red regional wine delight!
Nicolis...a great amarone producer!

    The Enoteca to stay and eat at was a great choice! Definitely worth a repeat visit although maybe not every year! (Hahaha.... we DO tend to come to Italy every year!)

Alas,  packing and last room views... Good departure timing as Mont Blanc is overcast!  Views still spectacular even with clouds... You all know this feeling.. ciao bella!  Always time for one more gelato! 492 Reaches Great Heights!

With almost perfect weather,  we knew today would be special with a gondola ride up to Mont Blanc.  49 euros per person ain't nothin as they say, but on the anniversary... nuf said! More oxygen please!  There were 2 stopping points,  a champagne production facility,  playgrounds,  herb gardens, hammocks,  giant telescopes, great restaurants and of course,  killer views. Mont Blanc Why Not!  Everybody's taking photos for everybody!  Nick Colonna's next climb? (There were people at the top)  Toast to a great start of 492! When we returned to our country estate,  it was time to relax! Great foot of the mountain location!  Lovely indoor/outdoor pool with mountain views!  I think she's relaxing!  Not sure everyone here enjoys the beautiful sunshine? What would your caption be?
